"Eating with Africa" is my African cookbook—a collection of 50 recipes and 50 stories from ten African countries. The countries featured in the book are Malawi, Namibia, Morocco, South Africa, São Tomé and Principe, Uganda, Madagascar, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Sierra Leone.
